The company maintains executive offices located at the Bank of America Building 50 N Laura Street-25th Floor Jacksonville, FL 32202 877.973.1222.  The company is managed by experienced active and retired professionals with careers in investment banking, accounting, law, management, marketing and administration. The company mission is providing working families a level playing field for pay-over-time big-ticket consumer durable purchases. The company has been serving working folks and retirees since 1988 with a flawless record of customer service. 

YES CREDIT STORE CORPORATION operates PayOverTime.Club and offers two ways to shop: 1) Shop our product collections, add-to-cart and checkout by selecting your spending limit approval company as your payment method or 2) Shop favorite online stores, place special orders through us and checkout by selecting your spending limit approval company as your payment method. Each order must have at least one product with a value of $200 or more. Our solutions offer a broad range of approvals. 

COMPANY HISTORY

In December 2000, the company began in Florida leasing-to-own personal computers for 120,000 eligible government employees.  Perfect credit was not required, and customers repaid the company systematically through payroll deductions (no longer offered) from their government paychecks.

In 2008 the company expanded into California.  During 2018 the company expanded further by becoming a sponsored employee supplemental benefit for more than 100 million US employees employed by many of the country's largest employers.  Beginning 2020, PayOverTime.Club expanded their marketing nationwide through social media to working folks and retirees. 

SERVICES OFFERED:

PAYMENT METHOD - PAY-OVER-TIME with no credit needed, and instant decisions.  Affordable payments and creative solutions for those with less-than-perfect credit. Upon approval of your lease-to-own agreement, funds will be sent to us electronically in a few business days. In the meantime, once approval is confirmed, orders are released for shipment or store pick-up, sometimes as soon as same day. We do not accept credit or debit cards as payment.

FULFILLMENT - Generally UPS, FedEx and USPS shipments are 2-5 business days. Certain furniture and major appliances may take a little longer. Delivery tracking updates are sent to customers automatically by email or text. Customer application information must include a valid personal email address and phone number. Furniture and other oversize or or heavy weight purchases from Wayfair or Amazon may be shipped front porch, curbside or just inside customer's door depending on products ordered. Customers should be sure to read ALL shipping information for each specific product. TVs over 55" and most appliances weighing 60 lbs. or more enjoy white-glove delivery included in our price. "White Glove Service" is available and recommended but not free. Customers must ask for "white glove delivery service" when requesting their quotes or placing orders.

PRODUCTS OVER 59 POUNDS INCUR A $90 DELIVERY FEE.

HOW TO ELIMINATE $90 OVER 59-POUND PRODUCT DELIVERY SURCHARGE:   If customers call 877.973.1222 Option 1 to arrange Best Buy store pick-up, the $90 delivery fee will be waived.  

HOW SCHEDULED WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS - Customers must confirm in advance an adult, age 18+ (19 or over in AL or NE, 21 in Puerto Rico) with valid government issued photo ID will be available during the duration of the appointment.

DELIVERY DETAILS - You will be provided an appointment window during which your delivery will arrive on the scheduled date. If the appointment window provided is 6 hours or more, we’ll contact you the day before delivery to narrow your window down to 2–3 hours. Includes delivering your product to the room of your choice. Appliances will be unboxed, and packaging disposed of. Television white glove delivery service includes a call scheduling a 4-hour window for delivery and includes unboxing the TV, hook up of the item, programming of the cable or satellite remote with the TV, and disposal of the box if the client requests. This is the service provided in any delivery range which is within 40 miles of a Best Buy store. Hookup kits and hookup services are an extra charge and customers should consider adding any extras when placing their order. Removal of old appliances is an extra charge and must be arranged in advance by our team.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customers can rest assured their privacy and personal information is secure and protected.  Information collected on this site or through our sales process is kept secure and confidential. We do not collect any financial information. Third-party financing options offered through our checkout process are transacted between the customer's IP Address and the financing or leasing company's IP address and not collected by our secure platform.  Our records are encrypted and stored in a secure cloud environment.  Customer information is never sold or disclosed to third parties outside of our process.  Information transfers are by fax or encrypted email files. RETURN POLICY - Product Returns or exchanges must be arranged by contacting service@yesstore.club or calling 877.973.1222 within 14 days of purchase. If customers are dissatisfied with their order for any reason, they can return products, provided packaging is unopened. Customers must be sure to read product carton contents labels before opening or they may be financially responsible for returns. Open boxes or broken product seals may prevent returns from being accepted. Furniture orders, deliveries and returns are subject to strict rules and restocking fees customers must review at time of purchase.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT GOODS - If products are damaged in shipping and there is a cost increase after the date of the original order shipment and shipment of the replacement, it will be the customer's decision whether to pay/finance the price increase, shop for another item or cancel all together.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT WARRANTIES - Generally, all our products have an original manufacturer's warranty. Customers must keep the original product cartons for transporting or shipping products for warranty repairs or coverage may be void. Most consumer electronics manufacturer's warranties do not cover screen damage, unprotected power-surge damages or damages from unprotected viruses.
